Reservations Procedure:

1. Please fill out the reservations form on the SandCastle web site and send it to us.
2. Please remember to write your e-mail address. We will send confirmation by e-mail.
3. Your reservation is ONLY confirmed when you receive a confirmation e-mail from SandCastle. Otherwise your reservation is NOT confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

1. No cancellation charge for cancellation made prior to show date. We will charge 100% of prices for cancellations or "no show" on show date. We will have different cancellation policy for groups with over 50 pax. Please call us for further information.
2. Please send e-mail for your cancellation to ereservations@baldyga.com
   We will confirm your cancellation by e-mail after we receive it from you.
